• Products will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving an order
• Products will be dispatched by DHL which takes 4 to 7 days
• We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs handling
• If you are VAT registered please supply your VAT number as this assists with customs clearance
• Customs should not charge any duty on Plate Meters. Customs may or may not charge VAT. This will depend on what agreements you have in place. If VAT is charged and you are VAT registered then VAT can be claimed back.
